The West Point Society of Greater Houston Founders Day Celebration 2024

- Saturday, March 23rd, 2024, Benny Havens hour 5:00 – 7:00 PM, dinner starting at 7:00 PM. Silent Auction before and during the meal.

- Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Houston – Greenway Plaza located at 6 E Greenway Plaza, Houston, TX 77046. Meal will be in the Greenway Ballroom. Silent Auction will be in the Sam Rayburn Room just off the main ballroom. One bar will be in the Sam Rayburn Room with the Silent Auction. One bar will be in the Greenway Ballroom.

- Special Guest Speaker: Dr. Jeffrey Peterson ’87, Director of the Superintendent’s Character Integration Advisory Group (CIAG).

- Founders Day AIM will be in the Bluebonnet Room.

- “Early-Bird” sign-up Price (ends March 8): $99 per person

- Suspense: 8 March with meal preference. Please be early registering! On 9 March we turn in a headcount with meal preferences to the hotel so they can order the food. After 8 March the price will go to $119 per person and seating assignment with class cannot be guaranteed.

- Meal choices are beef (steak), chicken, and veggie. Seating will be by class or close to it. We will need meal choices and class year on the registration form.

- Dress: Suit and tie for gentlemen, evening dress for ladies, appropriate uniform for those still serving or retired.

- Parking: $12 self-parking for the event, use code word “West Point Gala”. If using valet parking $15, use code word “West Point Gala”.

- CAUTION: If self-parking, do not attempt with a vehicle more than 6 feet in height, use valet parking instead.
