Your Donations Enable Us To Do More.

Your support is an investment in the future of the Long Gray Line in Houston. Every gift directly funds the West Point Society of Greater Houston’s (WPSGH) essential programs. The WPSGH is dedicated to supporting West Point graduates, current cadets, admissions support, and veterans in the Houston area through a variety of initiatives.

High School Recruitment To West Point

Through more than 30 Field Force volunteers city-wide, we recruit the brightest students from Houston's 13 U.S. Congressional Districts for West Point, with an average of 40 cadets admitted annually; we host Academy Information Meetings throughout the year to assist high school students and their parents navigate the admissions process.  We also partner with the Parents Club in Houston in support of their Cadets in hosting events like the Texas Tamale Tailgate at a West Point football game, the All-Academies Military Ball, and New Cadet Picnics held prior to entering the Academy on R-Day.

Career & Business Development

We connect West Point grads with career opportunities and support veteran-led businesses, including hosting monthly luncheons and business events like the West Point Entrepreneur Summit.

Veteran Support

We build strong networks to support veterans, linking them with resources and opportunities.

Strategic Communication & Advising

We influence and impact corporate and civic leadership in Houston, strengthening ties between local businesses and the West Point community.

Events & Sponsorships

We raise funds for veterans' programs and host signature events, including the Annual Founders Day Dinner, numerous luncheons featuring world-class speakers like Gen. Petraeus and Jim Olson, and Warrior B2B Breakfasts focused on mentorship and job transitions.
